I’m Suzanne Gromofsky and I grew up the daughter of a roofer who had his own small roofing company. Saturdays were spent with dad in the truck running estimates and picking up materials. I saw firsthand how many different hats my dad had to wear and just how disorganized his office could become.
My last role in corporate America before starting Efficiency Boss was selling digital media to small businesses. During that time, I forged many incredible relationships with business owners, learning their strengths and weaknesses. I quickly learned that my father was not alone when it came to chaos in his business processes. Advances in tools and technology have compounded the problem, making it nearly impossible for small companies who lack the time and manpower to keep up.
I viewed these challenges as an opportunity, so in 2020 I embarked on a journey to find and manage avenues for small business to be more efficient with their time and money.
